We cannot accept responsibility for any damaged caused after collection from Truly Pâtisserie location. Our products require care and attention when handling and storing. Please pay careful attention to our storage and transportation instructions that will be provided on the day of delivery / collection.

All products are made in the same kitchen and may contain gluten, lactose, eggs, soya and nuts. Every effort is made to prevent cross contamination but cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation does not apply to customised products or croquembouche orders.

Place your order 24 hours before for french classics except for the cannelés, 48 hours for the cannelés or any entremets and 72h before for the croquembouche.
